Cancellation and No-Show Policy     

Cancellations within the 24 hour window of the appointment, will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of that service.  Payment needs to be fulfilled before rebooking the next appointment.     ________

Late Policy

Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.  On the rare occasion that you are running late, please be advised that the time will be cut from your appointment to keep other client appointments on schedule.  15 minutes late for the appointment will be canceled and considered as a no show.  ________

Gift Card Policy

Please treat gift cards like cash.  We do not replace lost or stolen cards.  Gift card needs to be present at time of payment to redeem.  No cash will be given back, any extra will be placed on the client's account as store credit (store credit expires in one year).  _______

Zero Tolerance Policy

Sexual advances, inappropriate comments/jokes, touching of therapist, or suggestive questions will NOT be tolerated and will result in a prompt ending to the session, full payment will be expected, and law enforcement will be contacted.  ________
