Therapeutic massage combines a variety of modalities that will enhance the body’s natural restorative energy. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and aids in calming  the mind.  Therapeutic massage can be used in conjunction with traditional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body. Also, regular massage can promote health by providing relaxation, release of muscle tightness, relief from anxiety and tensions, and balancing aspects of body, mind, and spirit.

Massage Enhancers

Paraffin Dip: This hand treatment can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness. It also will leave hands soft and silky.

Hot Stones: The use of basalt rocks will aid in blood circulation and relax muscles ten times faster than massage alone!

Foot Scrub: Exfoliation for smooth, silky skin...a nice treat for your feet!

Lip Hydration: A collagen gel is applied to lip area to nourish, hydrate and soften the lips.

Mini Sauna session( 15 minutes): Step into a warm and inviting space where your mind and your muscles can ease away the day's stresses.

Dream Upgrade: After your massage take 15 minutes under a weighted blanket to fall deeper into relaxation.  This is a valuable moment to connect the mind with the body and to ease your senses back to reality.

Treatments all on their own!

Aroma Drop Massage:  A series of nine essential oils are dropped along the spine to aid in muscle relaxation and to balance the body’s energy. Each oil, one at a time, is worked into the skin, before a hot towel compress is laid upon the back. This enables the oils to be absorbed into the skin. Then a relaxing massage will finish the treatment.

Cloud Nine Massage: A full body experience that begins by prepping the skin with body brushing followed by a spirited massage with the use of high quality massage oil. This experience ends with our 15 minute dream upgrade, a body and mind grounding moment, under a weighted blanket, to ease you down from cloud nine.

Revived feet: This treatment begins with a luxurious foot scrub with a hot towel treatment to calm and sooth the tired feet. Then a divine mix of massage and precise finger pressure applied to “reflex areas” will leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
